Our Guidelines
Customer service is about more than just providing a good product on time. We recognize that our customers include not just the builder but the homeowner as well. Our work is not complete until we have met the homeowner face to face for a demonstration of our products, and our commitment to customer service is never complete!
We have learned that not every builder is the same. Each builder has different requirements and expectations. We will always do our best to work with you and exceed those expectations!
We can provide as little or as much as our builders need. We are not a take-it-or-leave-it company.
We recognize that our integrity as a company depends entirely upon us! We take responsibility for our work and our service!
| Our Service Area |
 |
Q. What is your service area?
A. We generally will travel up to 50 miles from Manteca in all directions. We make some exceptions, but this is our general territory:
Q. I am building a house. Should I consider having you install or at least pre-wire my house for alarm, home theater, etc.?
A. Of course! We can meet with your contractor and you on your job site to go over everything you need and give you an estimate for the work.
Q. I live in an old house, with no alarm, home theater, central vacuum, etc. Do you do existing work?
A. Absolutely! The cost is more, but it usually can be done without any need for drywall repair. Call us for a quote.
Q. I have an old alarm (vacuum, intercom, etc.) that was not installed by AHS. Can you service it?
A. That depends. Some systems we cannot get parts for, and some systems we are not familiar with. Call us to find out.
Q. I have an emergency and I need to get in touch with AHS immediately! Are you available 24 hours a day?
A. Our Central Station monitors alarms 24 hours a day and they can be reached toll free at any time...just make sure you know your password. If you need service on an AHS system, you may make an appointment by calling our office during Monday through Friday business hours. We can schedule appointments outside of our normal business hours if necessary.
If you're having an emergency right now, call our office (209) 823-3565. If it is after business hours and your reach our answering message, call the emergency number available. We are happy to help if you have a true emergency (your alarm is ringing and you can't shut it off, for example). If you have a non-emergency issue (if it's 11pm and your central vacuum is not working, for example) please leave a message or call back during normal business hours.
