All Raymus homes in the Country Faire community in Linden were pre-wired for alarm systems by AHS! All accessible windows and exterior doors were pre-wired, as well as 2 or 3 keypads (depending on the model), one motion detector, one siren, and an exterior bell. This included 16 gauge speaker wire runs for a pair of front ceiling or wall speakers, a pair of rear ceiling speakers and an optional location for a subwoofer.
